This promise is very important to us as this ensures that we guarantee an immediate platform for our students to start their careers. 2015 Batch also, we placed 100% of our students successfully. We are blessed that we are consistent in fulfilling this promise to our students and their parents. The credit goes to the entire PERI team including students, staff and the management team. PERI’s outreach in the industry and the perfectly well coordinated career fairs have made our MNC partners assure us that they will regularly attend our fairs.

Placement at PERI IT

The Placement Cell is an integral part of our institution whose main objective is to ensure that students are adequately trained to help prepare them for a successful career in leading multinationals and corporations nationwide and globally. The cell's mission is to ensure 100% placements for all students.

The PERI IT management has implemented a rigorous year-round training program and adequate infrastructure. Our students are trained in practical skills like communication, interview etiquette, and practical uses of theoretical concepts and mock interviews, which are essential for success in the real world. PERI has tie-ups with leading companies so that they can work in a partnership program to train students in skill sets that are of great need to the industry. In addition, PERI leverages on its tie-ups with leading corporations to conduct multiple campus interviews. This continues and pioneering effort has helped in achieving an unparalleled academic-industrial rapport that has resulted in 100% placement of all graduating students in past years.

As a community service initiative, the Placement Cell also conducts job fairs and campus selection programs in collaboration with leading corporations for non-PERI IT students. These fairs help create opportunities for nearby students to carve and sustain a meaningful & fulfilling career.

PERI Job Fair 2016 an organized event conducted on 2nd & 3rd 2016. More than 10,636 registered candidates from all over India convened at the PERI campus to meet companies from diverse fields. 10,636 candidates competed for 1,500+ jobs openings and over 1000 students were offered a job on the spot with many more shortlisted for another round of interview. The fair was open to all 2014, 2015, and 2016 graduates. The candidates were from varied disciplines including engineering, management, arts, science and life sciences. We successfully continued our campus drive, PERI Campus Drive 2016 series, a set of campus drives with 34 companies and around 600-900 candidates. Both the job fair and campus drives have been very successful and more than 236 candidates have been placed in these drives.

Our effort continued in the year 2015 as PERI Job Fair 2015 and it was conducted on 21st & 22nd March 2015. 12,000 registered candidates from all over India convened at the PERI campus to meet companies from diverse fields. About 12,000 eligible candidates competed for 2,000+ jobs openings and over 1000 students were offered a job on the spot with many more shortlisted for another round of interview. We successfully continued our campus drive, PERI Campus Drive 2015 series, a set of campus drives with 22 companies and around 500-800 candidates. Both the job fair and campus drives have been very successful and more than 181 candidates have been placed in these drives.

One of our biggest fairs, the PERI Job Fair 2014 attracted over 40,000 candidates and 37 top companies from all over the country. We also conduct the PERI Campus Drive 2014 series, a set of campus drives with 2-5 companies and around 300-400 candidates. Both the job fair and campus drives have been very successful and more than 200 candidates have been placed in these drives.

At PERI, we believe in training our students from the 1st year onwards in skills that will ensure effective placement upon graduation. Prominent corporate trainers from Chennai, Bangalore and Coimbatore train and test students in the following key areas:

All training is performed in state-of-the-art training classrooms with excellent audio-visual facilities.
